In the Riverside Museum Appeal’s recent series of webcasts, curator Neil Symington unveils how the Riverside Museum will capture the glitz and glamour of Glasgow’s cinemas during the 1930s and ’40s. This was a time when the city was home to more than 130 cinemas, with some film fanatics attending every day of the week!
