Photos of Riverside … From The River

leave a comment »

The Paddle Steamer Preservation Society has just posted some pictures of the Riverside Museum taking during the society’s annual Big Sail “doon the watter”. The photographs were taken aboard the paddle steamer Waverley and give a great and different view of Zaha Hadid’s stunning design. Waverley herself has a strong connection to the Riverside Museum – she was built on the site of the museum in 1947 by A&J Inglis shipyard.
